the new phase (another 2 blocks ) will be launching probably next month..

both location are good but i prefer more in putrajaya as better scenary, amenities and no african ...lol

good to see that tamara residence progressing well week by week
hope even they change the new subcontractor the qualities of the units not affected (as PJH known to develop a top qualities houses) but until now still undecided wheter to stay or to re-sale my unit..any idea what is the estimated proce for tamara when its completed?? |

just for share, if anyone interested to renovate/ID/electrical work for Tamara I know there is one contractor doing a very good work at cheap and reasonable price.
I hired them for my previous house renovation. anyone interested can pm me for the number |

I went to my SNP lawyer office yesterday to ask regarding the LAD compensation calculation but it happened that the firm already bankcrupt.. this has been confirmed by my loan bank (which they initially referred this firm for my legal loan agreeement)
so anyone knows what is the best solution to claim for LAD later ? coz if im not mistaken we still need the lawyer for the LAD compensation btw, i wnt to PJH as well..they said the project only complete in december and hand over keys to all buyers will only begin on feb/march 2017 |
