I had a meeting with PJH today, and they said that the project would be delayed at least 1 year. According to the S&P agreement the vendor will compensate;

What do they mean by "day to day at the rate of ten percent of the purchase price"?

It means that the vendor is liable to pay you an annual late payment interest at 10% of the purchase price.
If the purchase price is, say, RM500 000, you are entitled to RM 50 000 for each year of delay.
For each day of delay you are entitled to RM136.99.

The developer will pay you based on the number of days delayed and not on annual, monthly or weekly basis.

Wait until you know the exact handover date and contact your contact person at PJH for LAD compensation. They will take care of this.

Has anyone claimed for LAD yet or asked PJH how they will handle the LAD compensation? I have already sent my contact person an e-mail, but no reply as of yet.
