the time i have my phone interview, i just freshly graduate and just started working at malaysia only 4 months by that time? can i consider as freshie?haha

Job hunting is about patient and timing, actually i think the better practice of job hunting for freshie is to look for job during last month of your study. maybe you are busy with exam, but you still can make out of time for it. just my two cents.

However, any work pass holder, who is not a resident of Singapore, may drive a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore only if ALL these conditions are met:
He is the registered owner of the vehicle.
He resides outside Singapore.
He has a valid insurance certificate and road tax to use the vehicle on Singapore roads.
The vehicle is kept or used outside Singapore for a total period of 6 hours or more every day.
The vehicle has an Autopass Card to validate its entry/ exit at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints and to pay for VEP/ toll charges.

I think the quote is not the one she is asking for, as she want to drive sg car in sg, not foreign-registered vehicle.

To drive a vehicle in Singapore, you must possess a valid Singapore driving licence for the class of vehicle that you want to drive. This requirement applies to all citizens and permanent residents of Singapore and also foreigners who are residing in Singapore for more than twelve (12) months. Foreigners who reside here for less than twelve (12) months must possess a valid foreign licence and International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by an authorised body in their country of origin e.g. the Automobile Association (AA). If an International Driving Permit is not available, an official translation of your foreign licence in English is required. Driver from ASEAN member countries only need to possess a valid driving licence issued by the relevant driving licence Authority in order to drive in Singapore without IDP.

I remember not so much thing one. Even already PR for 2-3 years, just go for law test, convert then drive. Pass holder can also go sit for law test direct.

I'm not a network engineer, but for 5 year experience and with CCNP/CCDP can get about $5k-$7k. But $7k they would prefer CCIE.

Put your resume up in Monster.com. A lot of agencies go there and scout for candidates.
