Walao, i try turn on data the whole day, just to test the battery life and battery drain like a boss... Still enuf to last a day though. Bluetooth and NFC is also on though; lazy to plug cable when i do small file transfers.

I love how Nokia had done to their phones now.. I feel LIKE A BOSS when the S4 is announced haha

ok, updated to the GDR2 firmware. very easy. in the middle of downloading apps, i cancelled and decided to search back 1 by 1 of my apps, while removing apps i dont use. took screenshots of my apps so its quite easy also.

no it won't void the warranty. The method is also use by Nokia Care center to update the firmware for their customers.

its a firmware update from nokia. not an os update like the portico. the latest firmware still runs on portico(gdr1). and yet. nokia/microsoft malaysia still failed to deliver portico to existing customers. which is lame. i dont wanna lose my apps data and games progress by updating manually.

After manually update using nokia sofware updater, my lumia facing prob cant login to nokia account. Anyone here facing same prob?

I got a prob with my lumia.if i leave it on standby for long time e.g when i sleep, it die itself on me in the morning.i need to hard reset it everytime.
It happen to me 3 times this 2 days i had this phone.
Anyone facing similar prob?i think mine is defective unit

my have this problem before...thn i send to nokia care... they say they have no facing this issue in center..
so i guess is my cut sim problem... right now i trying without sim... already stable in this two day..no random dead phone....

did you on your data 24/7 ?? or Wifi on?? i guess almost everyone here facing this kind of issue, mine happen twice a day for almost 2 ~ 3day whenever my phone is standby while my data is On for 24hours next day its freezed but after 3time , softreset now the problem gone.

I'm using micro-sim from DIGI, no such issue. 3G and WiFi always on at home. Guess most probably is the sim issue.
