the "octa" core actually not powerfull compare to snapdragon 600 .. it just for power saving which it have 2 quad-core cpu on exynos 5 .. 1 cpu for texting,surfing .. 1 more cpu for high-graphic ..

Yes it is actually 2 x 4cores. I'm not sure if results have been published for SD600 vs Exynos 5412.

But the exynos is true a15 based on arm design right? Snapdragon based on a15 but redesigned by qualcomm to sacrifice a bit of performance for battery life. Read this somewhere on anandtech before so technically the exynos should offer more performance and better benchmarking but I doubt it can save as much battery as advertised. It was mentioned somewhere before that a15 more suitable to use for tablets instead of smartphones as the power consumption too high

really depends on how the marketing guys wanna spin it.
they could let top developers become their affiliate so of course with T&C all their trade secrets remain as trade secrets.

touchwiz will always be standard on every new phone.
then 6 months after the model launch they can make available as online download only via official samsung website the "lite" version.

since they like to rehash their old hardware into new products (Galaxy S -> S Plus -> S Advance -> Ace -> S3 Mini)
it would definitely make their phones faster than running bloatware touchwiz (no wonder they need the fastest processors)
