Mine also make me terkejut this morning... my left side mirror doesn't fold when I push the folding button... Only 1 side... Push 1 more time and both folded like nothing happen...

My forte is never treat me for the past 2 weeks...

Just had my Forte turn into 2 yrs old. And the water pump gave a funny humming sound 2 days ago.

I send my car to SC Wangsa Maju and they told me water pump rosak. OK. I thought hey i has warranty...extended warranty!!!

But the service guy told me, bang, u need to file a report for claim. They will send the report to HQ,

Then HQ will file the claim to Allianze, Then Allianze might and might not send people to come see...then Allianze approved,

then and then only repair can be made.... WTF!!!???

Water pump issue can drag one meh? This procedure might drag 2 -3 weeks...

Is NAZA crazy to sign this contract with Allianze and making customer CRAZY???

Where is customer satisfaction in this matter!!!!!!????

To add the worst... i need to pay RM200 for the access fee which include call, fax, runner....etc...

WTF!!?????

Is this the kind of commitment NAZA wants to give to all it's customer?????

How come they ask u to report? I think its delayed tactics to make u become put off & avoid them the hassle of making the report, suggest u to try other sc.

Yupp..thats why i ended up did not opt for the extended warranty..got RM200 excess fee some more. Thank God..my Forte almost 3 year old now & yet to replace any parts due to any problems

I believe this only applies to the early batch of Forte that comes with 2 year warranty which has an option to purchase for another 3 years extended warranty from the insurance company. Current Forte with originally comes with 5 years warranty from NazaKia should not face this issue i believe...

oh, now i feel better, waiting for my loan approval, soon to be a forte owner
