When the ESC (or ESP or VSA or VSC or whatever the name is) kicks in, u will notice that the ESC light shows up on the instrument panel (supervision cluster). How the car react due to ESC activation i believe is depending on the situation that trigger it. In one of my case, i pedal to metal at about 50km/h in speed during raining last time, the gear dropped to 2nd gear,  the engine revving higher to red line & the car began to accelerate rapidly..but shortly after that i feel the car slows down & saw the engine RPM suddenly dropped & the yellow ESC light coming out on the panel though i still pedal to metal that time. In this case i believe that the ESC detects that the front tires is out of traction due to wet road surface & automatically override throttle input from the driver to drop down the engine RPM in order to reduce the engine torque (to avoid loss of traction).

Any 2.0 owner faced steering vibration when steer during parking or at still?
I'm not sure is it normal or not, but it never happen before..3 months old car already..
