Any idea if its possible to install a mud-guard on the body kit? kinda ugly to see tar stains come up so easily on the body kit =S
*
Sorry bro. U can't install the mud flap once u had the body kit. It is only suitable for car without BK.

Based on my own experience (along with the same experienced by my friends & acquaintances), this is a sound of metal 'contraction' coming from the exhaust system (i.e.: the catalytic-converter/cat-con)

I could be making a wrong assesment here unless I hear the sound myself. So, don't take my word 100% smile.gif

Bro, the wheel alignment usually take some time, as the mechanics will try their level best to do a good job. You should continue to test the car on highway/straight road within 1 to 2 weeks, to observe if there is any improvement. If the alignment continues to be an issue, within 1-2 weeks, please bring it back and the workshop will recheck and rectify for you free of charge.

As for the fuel lid issue, there are some rare occassion, where after the resetting is done, the matter still persist. Sorry that you may have to make another trip over to rectify it. Otherwise, do drop over at any other SC nearby and they would be able to assist you.

is the sc open on sat? if yes i wanna go fix the fuel lid problem, if not i can't refill

I think your reported issue here differs from the one related to the 'contraction/cooling' of the exhaust system.
Perhaps it is something else entirely(?)

Care to elaborate?

Yes, you are right. The sound is from the exhaust pipe. Nothing to be worried about.

Yes. I posted my noise issue here before. I sent to SC also, they jet up my car, check the exhaust pipe, adjust here and that to avoid it from knocking the car body. They also adjust the disk brake fin to avoid it make any noise. But not fixed.

Every morning, when I start drive, it has no sound. Only after 15, 20 mins .. The sound will start will klink klink klink but tiny sound only. I can sense it is something vibrate and comes from below wheel steering part ... or it could be from below car body or somewhere else... I know the sound generated by vibration. It also sounds even car run on smooth road. Just when the car stopped at junction or traffic light. It will gone. sad.gif

I hope I will record the sound and send to you. Let me try it.
