Just reported on news.

how is the dividend calculated? I multiply each month's baki by 6.9% and divide by 12, sum up the 12 months and the calculated value is less than the payout? The calculated true dividend rate more like 6.64%. Are there any hidden fee that I did not account for?

yes 6.9% confirmed. i checked account money is in statement.

I think the February bleeding correction made them rethink their decision. Can't give out what is not there anymore.

No withdrawals for both of us....it's definitely lesser than 6.9

Did u opt for Syariah compliant dividend? Those are only 6.4

The dividend says 6.9% can see - but acc 1 doesn't has 6.9 try chking acc 2 also not 6.9

Take the total times again also not 6.9

I guess your contributions were not always on the 1st day of every month.

Say your contribution was entered on 10 Jan, then you don't get the dividend for 1, 2 --9 Jan.

How much is the difference, between what you calculated and what is stated in EPF?

Better state in % rather the actual amount as some smart guys here can back calculate how much you have in EPF. Ha.

(EPF dividend-your dividend)/your EPF total

If less than 1 %, my guess the problem is the day issue.

I don't think the problem is with EPF, they use the same program for all members here.
