IMO, cardio is #1 priority over lifting weights for me. No point being so buff but can't run long distance ohmy.gif

I'm going to tell you in a civil manner. You're being very rude and provocative. Mikehuan was telling you in a nice way that it is not ethical to come into a subsection for a specific sport and and deliberately talking about that sport/hobby in a disparaging manner.

I wouldn't say you're an idiot yet, but you're just being stubborn and trying to save face by persisting in posting like this when everyone is clearly against you here. Look again at all your posts and tell me if you're being impolite or not.

lopo90. I am not worked up. But I am looking at it from a third person's POV.

Tell me if this is confrontational and insulting? Do you see us going into the runner's forum and saying "no point being able to run long distance if so skinny?" Do stop provoking the regulars here. I know a lot of them in real life and they are very nice people. And for you to make statements which annoy nice people.... well.....

Everyone got their own motivation their own priorities..i do both cardio and lift weights. this being strength forum, so no surprise bodybuilding is more popular here. i dont see one being better than the other..thats like comparing apples with oranges..

I don't see how my statement could provoke you guys so much. As I said, my reply was meant for TS.

^ this is grossly simplifying things.. if you measure health base solely on aesthetics then i guess you are right.

then again those real pro bodybuilders majority are on steroids. how healthy is that?

People are stupid bro. There's no other way to say it. They'll just seek any justification for correlation = cause.
