Most gym goers who lift heavy "hate" to do cardio... They are not WRONG. They choose what they want in life. As for overall fitness, it's always a good idea to throw in a few sessions of cardio. I think I should hit the treadmill today
Also actually if you do a circuit weight lifting training, it's cardio vascular exercise as well |

you dont have to be so b****y about those big+no definition guy.. just leave them alone and thats their goal
do best your own part. show them your 6/8 packs so that they can shut their mouth. or you're just a weak kid? |

How do you know they don't do cardio? some people run OUTSIDE, I for one would rather run around a park or up a hill than run on a machine

i drop 20% bodyfat by just weight training and 100% dieting.

IMO, cardio is #1 priority over lifting weights for me. No point being so buff but can't run long distance
