Most gym goers who lift heavy "hate" to do cardio... They are not WRONG. They choose what they want in life. As for overall fitness, it's always a good idea to throw in a few sessions of cardio. I think I should hit the treadmill today tongue.gif

Also actually if you do a circuit weight lifting training, it's cardio vascular exercise as well smile.gif

I don't feel comfortable and convinced when these 'pro' advise me.. like when I was doing sit up with my ways, these pro came in say this and that.. (if I take of my shirt at least I don't have the 1 pack abs.. opss)

1 more thing, they like to be naked in the gym  sweat.gif

first of all.. sit-ups r useless for building abs

How do you know they don't do cardio? some people run OUTSIDE, I for one would rather run around a park or up a hill than run on a machine

i dont see a point being able to run long distance.

see, this is a bodybuilding section. its like me going to the runners thread and saying the above. sure its your opinion, but keep it to where it belongs. you're definitely get flak for posting your opinion in the wrong places.
