Speaking about cardiovascular activities, there is this something that I can't stand when it comes to weight lifters.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

Put your weights back!

If you can lift that much, you can definitely put it BACK!

It helps people save time and more importantly, those are workouts! Can be considered as a mild cardio as well or what!

Totally agree.

Three types of people i hate the most:
(i) Not putting back weights plate or dumbbell back to the original place
(ii) Simply drop the dumbbell on the floor. (no wonder so many dumbbells go for repairing, don blame the owner of the gym, blame the users)
(iii) Please never remove all the weights plate on one side of barbell at one time, will cause the barbell fall on the other side. (Those nearby the barbell...KO)

Really? You absolutely had no idea the bar will go flying if one side is too heavy?

Common sense la bro, use it. Especially in the gym.
