wta, is games with mark "3DS" not playable on DS? hence 3DS game is for 3DS console only n same to DS?

not really familiar with nintendo DS family.
seems like DS game can be player with 3DS but not vice-versa, correct?
hence it is more viable to get 3DS instead.

Yes. Since 3DS game is using a different engine and has different technical aspects.

3DS games are backwards with DS games. So you can play DS game with 3DS.

But not DS. And yes, it is more viable to get a 3DS instead.

First of all 3DS is the next generation that is meant to replace the DS...DS is the thing in the past

last generation	new generation
gameboy	gameboy advance
gameboy advance	NDS
gamecube	wii

all the new generation example from above can play the game from the last generation and the last generation cannot play games for the new generation.

not really accurate example in case you are not familiar with nintendo gaming device
old handhone = you can make call and send sms
new smartphone = you can make call and send sms and also at the same time surf internet and play games which old hand phone cannot do.

Hi guys, may i know the price for 3DSXL? and why almost all the game stores doesn't bring in the normal 3DS anymore???

Hey guys, just curious about something.

I bought a crystal casing along with my 3dsxl and I've kept it on my 3dsxl for quite a while now.

But I noticed after time, my casing looks dirty (as in like there's white stuff or like it was scratched or something). Then when I removed the casing, my 3ds also has that white stuff that looks like scratches when looked closely. Both sides of my 3ds has this stuff, and it's really clear there is a lot of it when looked up close. In fact, it looks as if I did not take care of my 3ds properly even though it had protective casing.

So I was thinking that I don't want to keep the casing on my 3dsxl to avoid anymore of these scratches stuff. What do you guys think?

I've used a Crystal casing before on my normal 3DS it doesn't have the white thingy you have said.
Never bought the casing in XL though. Since the one you have gives scratches of course it's better to remove it.
My 3DS XL is naked and no scratches at all

I kinda worry too about the scratching problem on my 3DS XL using the Crystal Case
So now I decided getting a Hori TPU Case online (not arrived yet) and I didn't dare to remove the Crystal Case until the TPU Case is arrived so hope my old case will not give any scratches to my 3DS XL

price on XL varies by seller. Normal 3ds japan version I still can get it for you. English wise you better ask someone.

RM630 for 3DS XL and normal 3DS is RM590 (the one I know in lyn) Btw, 3DS XL is way more better than 3DS really worth it

Want to ask. My local store here only sell Asian region 3DS XL.

Can it play US 3DS games?

Want to make sure before I buy.
