sigh, i cant root my phone at all... the flash counter increased through flashing the recovery image via odin but it didnt reboot in recovery... it will just boot to android and stock recovery keeps replacing the custom recovery

is there any other way to root besides odin? like superoneclick?

have you tried CF Auto Root ?

im reading it. It will use stock recovery but i would prefer custom ones as I can flash roms on the go rather than relying on odin each time when there's a cool rom produced

You can always root with CF-Auto root then use Mobile Odin to flash custom recovery CWM or TWRP.
Or find a pre-rooted custom rom.

why are you guys so sure S4 gonna be the best phone again? No official specs and design leak around also... except 13mp camera and 1080p 4.99' screen.

I really cant think what Samsung is going to put into S4 to give us a "WOW"

To make the king go WOW

1) change the fugly "design for human" shape of s3. Besides by now they already make full use seeing so many different models use the same casing.

2) use proper rgb screen.

3) stop the cheap plastic fetish already.

See version no. didn't change.

What's the changes ?

1- their design is almost the same, and already confirmed that the S4 will have physical home button again.
2- again, they will use Super Amoled, just not sure whether is pen-tile or non-pen-tile OLED. And dont expect it is improper screen (flexible screen lol)
3- agreed with you, should have something like HTC body or aluminium body like iphone

just wait for their announcement next month lolx... high expectation always lead to disappointment

yea just imagine china improve their sales service and software with much lower price samsung will have a tough time to cope up. I take note 2 because of the s-pen feature if not i wont bother getting it. I never even consider S3 even S4 come out without S-pen pointless getting.
