Sorry for the disturb, I think last time I mentioned before.

What is the fastest and easiest photo editing software to convert RAW file to JPEG by putting back the colour code?

ViewNX? I heard of Adobe RAW. what is that?
*
You just try Lightroom 4 lah, more capable imo.. or maybe CaptureNX because it reads nikon's picture control settings.. easier but less capable..

mine was 2nd version, terrible. noisy focusing sound and slow
agreed with the last 2 sentences

For the price, it's ok la. The sound not really a problem, the speed you can still compensate, but the main issue is the "accuracy". If you shoot events, the focus accuracy can sometimes really give you problem.

Actually there is another problem, you can google Flash over-exposure for this lens (it can go up to over 1 stop Flash over-expose), but it doesn't seems to happen for every situation. This can really ruin our shot during event shooting, all of a sudden, the flash over-expose over 1 stop, and sometimes it doesn't.

For sharpness wise, it's sharp even wide open; Those not getting the sharpness might have a bad copy with issues.

Ya. Bokeh not that nice too. it depends actually because you don't have much flexible and nice space for prime lens to perform.

Any recommended nice zoom lens to replace kit lens 18-105? I heard 18-200 is good. Any difference between VR1 and VR2?

How about the 24-70 range? any alternatives compared to the mighty nikon 24-70? Old nikon 24-70 lens?

well i always have 50mm and 85mm in d bag..
if using Dx good enuff but for Fx then need to use 105mm for catwalk

the good thing is, 85mm on Fx is +/- 50mm on Dx

Uhmm I would not suggest you to get the 18-200.. all in one lens is pretty much -.-"

The older version of the 24-70 is the 35-70 or the 28-70!

Why do you want to switch lens?? Any particular reason??
