Yeah, the CS asked if I received the SMS regarding the upgrade promo.. I didn't.. I just called to check if I can renew my contract and get the RM20 discount. The CS told me since I'm already using VIP20, I can't opt to upgrade anymore.. unfortunately, I can't get the discount nor can I renew my contract. Can't terminate and re-apply also.. Unless I have another VIP5/VIP10 package that I want to upgrade.. very lousy promo.. I've been using VIP20 for almost 3 years, still nothing..

The funny thing is.. people upgrade and get discounts.. but others like me have been using VIP20 are not entitled to the discount. Doesn't seem fair TM..
