Can BIZ5 users change to VIP 5/10/20 package? My 24 months contract expiring soon. Tempted to change to VIP 10/20. Any offers for VIP 20 so far?  hmm.gif
*
if not mistaken, biz 5 cannot change to vip 5/10/20,but you may try call the unifi center.

advise to wait till biz 5 contract end then terminate it and reapply again with vip 5/10/20

Dear VIP20 friends (and any concerned TM staff reading this)
Not sure if this is the right forum to post this frustration.....(my sincere apologies to mods if not)

I am at a lost and need some help.
Beginning of this month, I lodged a report in the MyUnifi Portal (under mySUPPORT), complaining that my UPLOAD speed was consistently showing only 1.3xMbps speed, while download was consistently around 20Mbps.
I then received an email (subject: "SpeedTest Guideline  /<Name> /1-54xxxxxxxx......") with instructions to do screen captures and send it to TM UniFi Centre (Email Team) for analysis. The next response I got was that my issue "has been escalated to our respective department for further assistance. Please give us some time to conduct a thorough investigation and we will revert to you as soon as possible regarding this matter".
A week down the road, nothing happens.
I again followed up on 16th Aug and 20th Aug and was again asked to provide screen captures for TM to "conduct a thorough investigation".
Now, this is almost a month of "ding-donging" around and very unprofessional of TM when it comes to problem-solving and customer support.
For the life of me, what I cannot understand is that the Speed Test sites provided by TM
(Link: speedtest1.unifi.my / speedtest2.unifi.my / speedtest3.unifi.my / speedtest4.unifi.my) all show upload speeds of min 60% (as what the TM support staff indicate should be the case), but other Speed Test sites like www.speedtest.net, www.speed.jaring.my, speedtest.maxis.com.my, speed.p1.com.my all CONSISTENTLY show a slow upload speed of only 1.3xMbps - what is the reason/explanation?
- Is it that the non-TM SPeed Test sites are not "optimized" for Unifi?
- Or is TM trying to give a false impression that Unifi VIP20 speeds are consistently that good?

NB: Download speeds for ALL SPeed Test sites show the same average of 20Mbps consistently  (Am okay with that) rclxms.gif

I think the VIP20 service is great but unfortunately, the approach to solving this issue plus the length of time being taken in solving this issue  (and thus the unprofessionalism).

Please help, somebody - anybody. rclxub.gif

first : where you stay?
second : have you clear all your browser history before you run the speed test?

if the result still poor,do call 1300881221 and speak to technical support and ask them to reset your port first then recheck the speedtest again

if the result still poor, call again to get a report ID for your reference.when you create the report, just make sure ask them to send technician to your place for inspection.
