Guys, what is the main improvement of 4.3 on our N7? I'm still on 4.2, don't know what is the major improvement in 4.3. Coz I have many apps, and i'm not sure if 4.3 support those app dy, apps such as Sygic, mx player....afraid that if i upgrade to 4.3 many apps not supported it yet. So wanna noe the major improvement of 4.3 on our N7, just to see if it is worth to upgrade it since it might cause some of my app not to function after upgrading it.

The map file type is mys if not mistaken. to me, google map is only good if ur device has a data plan.

Hi all, i got a question about AOKP jelly bean milestone 2 ROM. I just flashed this ROM in hope for better performance and also battery life but i found out that the performance tab is missing from the ROM control. This feature only available in nightly build or I did something wrong ?

What is the average battery life and SOT you guys got with the Nexus 7? I have the 32gb 3g version (but running wifi only), The best I got was 1day life with 4hrs+ SOT. If I use it straight I probably get around 5hrs SOT max. This is on stock 4.3
Is this normal?

yup mine average 5hours sot, it really depend on what apps u r using... if u r playing game... mayb u oni get 3-4hours sot u will get more if u oni listen to music or websurfing...
conclusion: sot is not an accurate and standard measurement for battery performance... u and everyone else is doing different thing with n7. so cant use it as comparison!!!

And yes mostly my son uses the Nexus 7 to watch movies and play games. When he is done, then its either my wife going youtube or me doing some heavy browsing with multiple tabs and heavy gaming. Btw, its an excellent device for gaming on the go.

QUOTE(Aidan54 @ Aug 14 2013, 09:14 PM) Finally the next generation of nexus 7 has been launched! I was waiting as well for it!! I found some info HERE and I think I will buy it soon, since the price is pretty interesting! RM860 for 16GB Wifi from Dark Devon or RM899 16GB Wifi from Newegg Msia, 32GB goes for RM999 from both sellers... That is for preorder, for ready stock should be RM999 for 16GB Wifi from SatuGadget/Direct if not mistaken This post has been edited by -kytz-: Aug 14 2013, 09:28 PM
