Is it still a good idea to buy this tablet? i know it's been out for quite some time. also,where's the best place to get it from?

i'm in dilemma...should i wait for new version or buy the current line up?? izzit worth to wait??

the price look quite attractive but i wonder.. the chipset is almost a year old now and not sure worth to buy it or not, why they dont want to put snapdragon 600 or 800 instead ?

I got oily fingers so all of my phones are using matte. I just saw a Nexus 7 with clear screen protector and fingerprints are all over the place (when screen turn off can see). So I'm sticking with matte still. Just get a good one not those cheap stuffs..

The good one will be better. The cheap ones you can see the lights spreading all over like stars.. or something like that. Sharpness will decrease a bit but what to do it's matte

I just bought a used Nexus 7 16GB for RM350 last night [Full package including original box & no scratches].

Finished unlocking & rooting last night.

Now looking at which ROM to try.
The stock ROM lacks a few things that I need most.

Thinking of trying CM10.1, but why on earth do I want to downgrade?

Was at downtown Cheras last night looking for a screen protector, but couldn't find anything for Nexus 7.
Thinking of going to Digital Mall tomorrow to find a Diamond SP for my Nexus.

Maybe find a car mount as well so I could use the Nexus 7 as GPS navigator using Papago M11.

Diamond and Matte SP will make the font look bad...
I hv both bcoz I really hate finger print.
Matte can help with sticky screen and glare...

remember to get car usb charger too...

nexus7 is very heavy... the car mount will broke in no time.... if possible look for dock type

And where can I find them? Want to buy them through COD so the shop / seller can fix them onto my Nexus as I'm not good in applying SP, tried once, end up screwing the SP.

I never use casing for all my devices.
To me, it defeats the purpose of the phone / tablet being slim.
Especially if you have a device as sexy as Xperia Z.
