damn... i just format, wipe and do every clean...

so hard troubleshot why i cant seen bring up the adb to detected the devices
ended up my n7 driver is conflict with my other android devices
(samsung i hate u)

No need receipt. Just bring the unit in. they will check the serial number on your device. But the best if got receipt. Like my case, i kept my google play receipt when i bought my unit last year.

Anyway I found that Android/obb folder is a shared resource amongst all users. You can just park whatever files there and then switch profile to grab it. Note that .apk can't be run straight from this folder, you have to copy it to someplace else before execute.
