They give 90 days grace period, as I email them on this matter in may when my loan still not sorted out.
The stamp duty cost abt 20k if ur house 800k. There is an escalating formula, easily google out. Ouch |

no la... noob.
normal roof is using wood as support, and top with clay tiles. below the tiles then there will be gypsium board or plaster ceiling. this is cheaper, subject to water leak and theft. phase 1 is with concrete slab of ceiling- this cost a lot more. it has a layer of metal deck( cw thrust) to be more eye pleasing and less hot. this is gooding. |

Am thinking to set up an FB page for the owners of Chimes and Parrenia. it is to keep the basic info updated for owners reference. Also to gather all the owners and potential resident closer.
though- seems like there are just few active member here. so it might be hard to sustain. |
