Isn't it common now a days the occupancy rate does take some time to go up. Be it anywhere.... Even KK, KU also the same.

Good observation... but then again.
if launch very few... then comment small town ship, developer not grand plan to push up the taman.
if launch very slow... then all impatience asking- why so slow? when next launch? why no follow through on the heat of buyer?
if launch fast and many... got this problem pulak....

So, what you really want?
bear in mind... this town ship is rather remote... we hope for multple development and launches to speed things up.
We already have inmind it will take time ( i gave it 3 years before things pick up, and 5 before really prosper).

it is no intended for those who want a fast gain, a quick flip. ( then again.... isn't the price went up like 15% in a year time- comparing the launch time vs bumi lot release price a month ago?)

Then again- u better go check proper.. am sure both all units of Chimes and Perrenia had completed at least the foundation. Could it be the paper works not yet complete.

i've just got letter requesting the 5% (something like completion of drainage ( or is it sewage) serving the said unit), so total around 55% now.....

Anyone keen of an adventure to the construction site? i got the SUV that can offer. if anyone got a hilux then is better...

yup... typically terrace built up... Something like end lot really ( minus the back yard) and that 10" is not really worth to extend.

Product differentiation!

Though.. it is nice to have the dining area with side door open to the water feature/garden lighting.

Some photo posted earlier in this forum shows they use sand bricks. Which is for sure cheaper and inferior.
though... i struggle to understand what maintenance needed, and termite related issue on sand bricks.

Anyway... many are over reacting, over some comments with contractors. without proof of the defects, already wanna go complain- even before the house is 50% constructed.

yup, only get Q number. But bankdraft needed yo.

You would also wanna get early Q number right? to get a better chance to chose a better unit. ( and hoping premium units not taken by insider...)

Anyway- won't be able to make another investment there. So just stick my head out the kepoh only.

well, consider not bad for the first day, since so last minute notification. Take note it is a working day and not everyone carry 20k bank draft in their pocket. I suspect this are those with close link to the sales guy which had insider info.

I expect all 150 number to be sapu by the 3rd day.

Take note also this is not entry product. Not everyone keen of the cluster semi-D concept. It is that expensive, but not cheap either with that built up of 2200sqft.

not much concern on the non-bumi units.... it is the bumi unit which will be an issue to get adsorbed.

Do beware on the flexi payment. Some have caps on the amount of advance payment in reducing interest. Say... 30%.

Means your loan is 300k, you may "flexi" and dump in more money in reducing interest- you may at most dump in 90k,.
