Definitely. It really depends on the taste of the individual. This works especially well when it's an intermediate house. Usually the centre of the house is quite dark for intermediate homes. I was basically blown away when I first came into a house with an internal courtyard like alam impian's Arca. You can easily tile the centre at the ground floor for space, and people at the top floor get to view who's downstairs.

One advantage with staircase at the back, when lots of guests come in like tahli, kenduri or friends which not all the family members know, they can easily retreat to the top floor discretely. It's really a wonderful concept that can sell the home well.

That's weird. I called RHB and the lady who answered can offer -2.2, with max -2.4. Some more the website says cannot exceed 40% of income.

I just found out that the roof is made out of metal decking. Won't it be hot since it's made out of metal, and also noisy when it rains?

Yeah I checked, the structure as stated in the brochure is RC slab. RC, Which stands for Reinforced Concrete.
