Leave it as it is and install alarm system

haha my question is more like mengada sket actually tongue.gif but the grills can be installed with a prettier one, and can conceal with the white transparent see through drapes. It'll be a bit like getting living room decor in your master bedroom...

Rimbayu's still considered close, at least closer than saujana putra, shah alam 2, it's just more or less like bangi to KL.

QUOTE(Hashima_fk @ Dec 7 2013, 06:44 PM)

The master bedroom looks small cuz of the walking wardrobe. I don't like the stair holder though. The metal used looks cheap. Was told that it's gonna be the same for phase 2
*
Stair holder looked solid to me, but the back windows felt kinda small to me. First thing I'm gonna do before moving in is to add wooden flooring to the 1st floor, maybe stairs too! thumbup.gif Wil save up for that.

The biggest relief was seeing how big the lightwell is. Interior for the intermediate isn't that dark after all with lights off, thanks to the lightwell , front and back windows. Potential is definitely there for a beautiful home. Will post photos later wink.gif

EDIT: It's later. Here there are , photos of the stairs

Yes. The staircase pretty cheap using metal.....karat easily
*
LOL I don't know about that but my current house was moved in at 1994 and uses metal as well. No rust till now. It's indoors le not exposed to rain and much humidity.

I believe what the higher ranking guy said , it's "not allowed" to simply build fence right from the start because there is no joint or majority approval from the residents of the area. What if majority objects to extra recurring costs for security guards? That's what the concern is about.

It's hard to estimate whether people will pay or not pay for security. We can't say chances are poor or good. It's far too early.

Investors who won't live in may see it as a plus point and won't mind paying to earn g&g status to their investment.

Also, crime prevention was considered in the development of the township.

Well I think the reason why it was active all this while was because everyone hasn't seen the house yet. Now that we finally got to see it... biggrin.gif

First thing I wanna do before I move in is to change the flooring to wooden floor. Any recommendations? How much would it cost? I'm guessing around 4k-8k ?

Well, ya  but I have not gotten to see my future house though (phase2). Haha. I have no idea about the cost for wooden floor and will not wanna change it for my home. I have wooden floor in my current house. I just hate it. They got swollen and came out from the floor when it gets wet. Haha. I will be happy with the tiles. Safe from water.
*
Parquet right? yeah I have those in my current home. I'm thinking more along the lines of these kinda floors. Not expecting them to get swollen ... biggrin.gif

It would be like rm6-10 per sq ft, depend the the type of wood.
It is more comfy- but I also find it a hassle as it need some tender care.

Errrr..... Show room n sales office now open at weekends?
Me still din get a chance to bring my wife to visit there yet
*
I think saturday open like what they did with the old office.

Well, what u guys think? Is it worthy based on the house price, location, design and  house material ?  Think abit too deep and  tower along road feel like jungle
*
If you've been around long enough, you'll notice that having "jungle" around townships doesn't necessarily mean that it's a bad location. PJU, hartamas, bandar utama, TTDI, kota damansara, cyberjaya all had the same humble beginnings of being "located near the jungle".

Anyone got to visit actual house site? It would be nice if we can... get to see the house as it built up and take progress photos ourselves. tongue.gif

My father did that for our house and it's safely in our family album now.

you can do it, but it'll be a long process. you need to get consent from the state. you need to get a good lawyer, and to speed things up, you can always.. urm.. do something..

i myself (non-bumi) bought before a bumi quota unit after completion, took me 1 year to get it done.
*
and here I was thinking that bumi quotas are simply quotas set by the developer... it goes down into selling details as well eh? So bumi quotas can sell to non-bumi, but slower. Bumi lots are basically cannot sell to non bumis?

QUOTE
Pls learn that bumi quota anf bumi lot are two differentissues.
Lh usually comes w bumi lots
Fh usually comes w bumi quota.

Bumi quota mucb easier to transfer btw bumi to non bumi
Bumi lot a lot difficult....

"Usually", but for this case it is bumi quota

just received the following mailer:-

As a gesture of appreciation for all your support as well as to encourage healthy living by walking 10,000 steps a day, we are rewarding all purchasers with an OMRON pedometer for each unit of purchase.

Do visit us at our new Show Gallery in The Arc @ Bandar Rimbayu to redeem your gifts (if you have not done so).  This is our first step in recognising you as our treasured home owners.

To welcome in the new Lunar Year of the Horses, we will also be having a Chinese New Year celebration on 15th February 2014 from 2pm to 6pm at The Arc @ Bandar Rimbayu

That was the special door gift to the showhouse launching. I take it you didn't go?
