Actually, is
1. S&P stamp duty for stamp office - standard is rm 10 per copy (4 copies)
2. Loan agreement stamp duty for stamp office based on your loan amount 0.5% (around up your loan amount)
3. MOT stamp duty for land office - Just to remind you all the stamp duty on Mot n registration on mot can be pay later after the property fully redeem from master charge, RHB than pay to SPA lawyer if not, you will loss interest.

All agreement with stamped you can be check as a proof of stamp duty at :-

Strata title and individual title procedure are same. For this Rimbayu project, they have a master chargee, RHB bank ur financier have to redeem the property first than only you make payment for MOT to ur Spa sol.

Loan lawyer will write in to Rhb to get a letter of redemption. This letter will mention redemption sum and ur financier need to settle it according progressive billing from developer.

Ic. Have u sign the loan agreement with lawyer? If not yet, pls refer to loan bill whether they give discount for stamp duty on principal loan agreement only.

Minus the MRTA than round up the loan amount e.g rm598,499 (rm599k x 0.5% = rm 2995 - 20% (for Islamic loan) = rm2396 (original) + rm 30 (3 duplicate LA)

Well, my loan sol ready advise redemption to redeem the property from master chargee with RHB bank. Now is stage of present the Mot, charge n consent at Land office kuala langat. But my spa sol told me the master chargee haven't release the original title n my mot going to expire very soon without the original title I can't present the relevant doc at land office. If the mot over due from date of mot 3 month I need to pay the penalty for registration fee of mot. My spa sol already request master chargee more than 2 month to get original title some more they asked mr. William and hui yin from Ijm, SA but still can't solve the problem. Anyone loan sol already present the mot at land office? I feel that not fair to me if I need to pay to penalty and I coming Saturday I will ask mr. William again above this matter. Yesterday I called up RHB office they try to solve my problem.
