Bdr Rimbayu for me is great, it is just a matter of time of it's matured and execution ...

Next cluster only RM 700k+, I reckon it could be small size?

Ya, they told me 800+ as well, build up veli small neh...less than 2300 sq ft, land size...if recall correctly, is like 30x70 or 32x70 type.

Change of plan?

Phase 2 24x80 wif slightly smaller land area oledi 700k+, so if it is 30x70, the price shd be close to 800k.

might as well try to get the 3storey new launch in setia alam...also rumoured to be 800k...possible larger BU...

Not only Setia Alam, once the price touch 800k & above, buyer will have more choices by now, for example, the new launch at Alam Impian, I&P 24x80, freehold build up 2454 sq ft, price starts from RM 799k, another developer Naza TTDI at Alam Impian, also will launch 3 Storey with build up ard 2700 sq ft(G&G) next month, price after discount shd be ard RM 850k+.

And. ..all the above are freehold.

You never know. Kota Damansara is freehold and yet the price continues to go up. It all depends on how the township turned out, I guess. KD and Tropicana is also surrounded by freehold land such as BU and TTDI but yet it prospers. We'll just have to wait and see.

Cluster homes for sizes of 32 or 30 x 70 with built up 2300 sq feet is quite standard dy.

Moderately medium small but not entirely small and not surprise if they place it 2200-2300 sq ft built up since their 22x75 or 24x75 built up size also not big.

Any one bought Perennia here? Anyone have any ideas why those lots at back row facing main road (Dijaya township) are more expensive? I just book one of the units but concern about security. any comments?

I Rmber the lowest price for 22x80 is RM 662K, before discount, how much is the price before discount of the row facing main road ?
