If u think every township can become 1u, ttdi or even subang...think again.

Even a successful townahip now takes yrs to be matured...some hardly matured (see subang bestari n subang 2). Even kota warisan near klia....still half dead....

Hmmmm....if follows strictly fs..yr mbr should be at the rear of the hse.

Most older single storey homes the mbr is in front. Nothing fs about this.

Pls learn that bumi quota anf bumi lot are two differentissues.
Lh usually comes w bumi lots
Fh usually comes w bumi quota.

Bumi quota mucb easier to transfer btw bumi to non bumi
Bumi lot a lot difficult....

Bumi got plenfy of opportunity to buy elsewhere...
Why need to join the mad rush?

Alam impiana, ttdi alam impiana, denai alam n etc all 50% bumi quota....plenty of choices....fh somemore..

Yes...if u sell to non bumi, the price differentiation btw bumi n non bumi developer cannot pocket. Must remir to authority.

Therefore from developers point of view...its not 'worth it'...beside needs to spend more on ads n expo fair to move these units.

But rule is rule. Selangor/kl is slighyly better. Those southern states lagi jialat...usually bumi quote starts from 50% to 70%.

Guess who is "funding" all these bumi lots????
