How's the progress of Phase 1 now? Think the next launch of cluster semi D by year end can be conducted at their new sales gallery at site already.

Let this place attracts the KK, Putra Heighs and Subang Jaya crowd much like how Putra Heights was the target of SJ residents!

the road from 3rd round about is partially open but there are guard house setup there , its difficult to bypass the guard unless u have some letter to show them.
another way is from then 3rd roundabout(from mcD) take 3oclock, then later turn left, then drive until kampung road then turn left, then 1st junction turn left, then u will see rimbayu signage(got this from mingyew)

did not manage to see Chimes progress but i can see workers are bz laying lamppost and planting trees.
hope the road will open to public this month.

If u realized, they use brick constructed drain instead of culvert drain. Hmmmm, how they gonna cover it up proper, I wonder.

Am thinking to set up an FB page for the owners of Chimes and Parrenia. it is to keep the basic info updated for owners reference. Also to gather all the owners and potential resident closer.

though- seems like there are just few active member here. so it might be hard to sustain.
