I dunno who was that as the property agent didn't want to reveal his name. But I guess if you ask any property agent in charge of AI, they should know. I only know is a big tau keh of listed company.

How many units available now? How much the price? Looking for landed now since even condo units are now priced similar :S

Nukilan3, Pentas4 n Tenun still available

Nukilan 3 left a few units only, mainly facing West, 22x80, price starting from RM 679k, build up 2500 sq ft.

Tenun has more, price starts from RM 719K. Also 22x80. Similar build up.

Pentas 4 also available but at higher entry price, 25x85, ~ RM 850k. Build up 2900 sq ft.

If you are interested, just go to the sales office and check, next launch for 24x80 should be around RM 800k already. At least landed property can have your own garden own land.

Nukilan and Tenun are freehold?

Nukilan3 is quite near to d mosque

Photo taken 1 week ago. Left 4 facing West, 2 facing south. Now not sure. Just check d site plan online. Top part close to mosque( all finish ), bottom part got a sewage plant behind but still have a bit of buffer zone to plant trees as claimed by developet. If you dont mind West facing ( behind is old house area but Nukilan 3 is at a much higher ground), then still available.

I understand the chain effect is there, able to sell slowly week after week.

Just for my own compilation and curiousity, and maybe helpful for future RA formation. Can I know how many Nukilan 3 buyers are here in Lowyat forum?

From the photo, look like units available are:
1. 64 - int, facing west, non bumi
2. 66 - int, facing west, bumi
3. 67 - int, facing west, bumi
4. 72 - corner, facing north, bumi
5. 116 - int, facing south, non bumi
6. 117 - int, facing south, non bumi

Bumi quota for this phase is finish, as informed by SA.

The photo was taken during launching a few months ago right? As of now, I have been informed tiwce by SA, No more bumi quota for Nukilan 3.

May be the bumi and non bumi lots plotted earlier are inter changeable based on demand and supply, then I am not sure.

Brother, this phase is a bit difficult, being the boundary next to existing old housing area, top with mosque ( no offend to Muslim ), bottom with sewage ( fortunately some 1 told me not much smell but eye sore only ) , whole phase is not flat with split level... But entry price not bad, finishing work is good,can see from some of the existing rows already, direction wise, personal preference; with morning sun so south east if available.

Fortunately I&P intend to fence up 60% of the boundary, at least a plus point for those who wish to go for fence and guarded in future.

I know many limitations in this phase. So, I am hoping for opinions with consideration only for this phase. Which unit among all units in this phase is the best?

I tot u have chosen your unit? Must be positive on which ever unit you choose.

Hard to tell brother, again, own preference. So, how about your best unit in mind?
