Bro, pricing for the 24 x 80 starts at RM 798,888 to RM 1,698,888 ... steep meh?

I reckon the built up size could be smaller than Arca at 2739 sq feet, Nukilan at 2792 sq feet and Karya 2803 sq feet, where all these transacted at RM 800-830k.

If the built up is 2600+, below RM 820k is already a very good buy and definitely a huge threat to all 3 24 x 80 above with it's competitive pricing and affordable size.

Maybe after all, Nukilan 3 pricing is the lowest in AI now, and consider a very good choice compare to several development around the vicinity in terms of its location, built-up, township, etc.

That is very much about it. But to be more exact is, I need more time to sell off another of my property to fund for upcoming 24x80. The actual situation is whether I sell off the property first or they launch it first. That's why I say it's only a plan, which will be as good only in my dream.

As for Nukilan, it is still to early to judge its 'performance' to decide to hold further or flip.

Anyway, there were many more investors having > 1 unit in AI. When I was searching for Canting subsale last year, there was 1 investor holding 5 Cantings, 3 Nukilans and 1 Ukiran as told by the agent. I guess many of the taikor out there will know who was it.
