how do you all find those restriction stuff? i searched high and low and i can't find any settings for those in my itunes account. not even 'general'. no luck so far?

Restriction option should be inside general settings, just below ipad cover lock/unlock.

death success rate dependent on wis? or just chance? anyone knows? because if it isnt, then bune +20 wis is pretty much useless then i can replace with +20agi when reborn.

There's no actual formula for death skill. A lot of people believe death+4 is 50% chance, but personally I think Wis and Level plays some role in the chance. if you're familiar with RO, Turn Undead skill is similar to Death skill in GC. In RO, TU is based on skill level, added with WIS and LUK stat as well as player's level.
Thats why when I use Mighty Xmas Banshee in normal quests, almost all low level wild guardians will 100% receive death, whereas against coli players and higher level enemies in Crimson Keep, the success rate is slightly lower. But this i purely basd on my own observation. I have no proof to back my theory.

Lol, I used TU as a way to explain Death Skills to my friends too cause no one seems to understand "It has a chance to instant KO the enemy & if it fails, it doesn't do any damage at all".

Anyway, a lot of the veterans says Death +4 has 50% success rate. Death +2 if i'm not mistaken it's 25% only & I totally forgot Death +3 rate.
