anybody know when the 1st bank drawdown is? that's when we receive our rebates or we have to pay more I think depending on our loan financing.

Sooo, what happened at the meet? Anything interesting to update those of us who couldn't go?
The invite come 2 days before the event, I already set to go overseas. RSVP date also passed.  I also bought comm unit, but the price was quite a bit lower than the residential (after adjusting for floor height differences). Seems ok to me. So got GST and RPGT? Dashyatnya.... |

For those getting less than 90% loan, the remaining balance need to pay on Jan.. just confirm with SA..
