Upon VP? During booking they informed it will be refunded after 6 months. However it didn't occur to me that time to ask 6 months after what LOL

Still saw their advertisement in Star newspp yesterday. Might be pushing the large units and those rejected by loan.

As long as you understand the meaning of Commercial Title, then by all means. Banks are nearby so are all the food outlets. If the unit size/price suits you, go for it. The environment looks cozy.

bro, mind telling the commercial title means? as far as I know it is 80% allowable loan and commercial rates for utilities. any other thing I miss eh?
Thanks bro, I'm newbie in property investment

BTW, why I saw on the construction site, block B is for office only. the residential is only for block A

Hundred over units unsold really is quite a lot. And surprisingly, it's the lower floor units. Normal pattern would be higher units unsold, due to the more expensive pricing. Interesting project nonetheless, especially the design of the different layouts.

What is the price now? Have the maintained it or increased it? If desperate, they might even go more aggressive on discount/rebates, so as to release it and increase cash flow.
