Just one thing to those taking RHB loan, if you are not already aware, although there is no lock in period, but early exit penalty of 1% is applicable for whole tenure.
Since I intend to sell upon VP, its OK for me.

They wait Block B complete and draw down first payment for two block together...

I guess Block A is giving DIBS so they dun wan to pay so much interest to the bank lo..
