Try to compare Glasurit vs Nippon on the web, can't find any. Nippon not in the range to be compare. Those top to be compare are DuPont, PPG, sikken, glasurit.

Pugbunny, steering buzzing sounds is there but not loud. Only noticed if no radio on.

As on your previous engine die off, r there any other symptoms u noticed? Like hiccups on engine (as though engine missed a beat)...im just wondering whether.it could be fuel issue -both fuel or injector. Just wild guess anyhow
*
I didn't notice got other hiccups before the engine dies off.

I is still considering to touch up the paint at CSL SC as they will be 4S by Monday or goto Soo Seng at Batu Cave where they are famous on paint work where they use Glasurit which very high quality paint.

But just realise our whole car using Nippon which consider second grade. So I think no point I touch up the small part of dent with high quality Glasurit then. But I may check out the price this Saturday then to decide.

CSL where they become 4S by Monday are going to use 2K paint system means quick dry. Where the Soo Seng just to touch up the small dent need to leave the car they for a day.

FYI, Glasurit is very long lasting and good against stone chip.

Thanks bro, anyway the SC helped me to do some touch up already.

408 was designed and aimed at slightly higher income group whereas the Polo Sedan (Vento) was developed specifically for the Indian market as a cheap entry level econobox. VW Malaysia, in all its infinite wisdom, decide to bring this car in and price it at a ridiculous level. Obviously their strategy for this car backfired, serves them right too.

as long as there is proper QC control under surveillance of the principal by proper representatives of the principal in the local level, whether manufactured in China, assembled in M'sia (msian Pug 408) or made in India and imported to Msia (VW Polo Sedan), there would be certain level of QC observed by the principal to ensure sno quality /reliability issue would come back snapping back at them and tarnish the brand name in the process

A lot of stuff sold in Msia are either made and/or assembled in Thailand/China/Msia nowadays, and that does not only ring true for many popular models of cars from VW, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Suzuki,

We would also all know what kind of price we will need to pay for CBUs. For CKDs with lower price, you need to understand there would be some form of compromise here and there (usually only reflected in lesser thrown in features but not fundamental performance and standard features)

Anyway you have 5 year warranty. So no buyer remorse, at least for me so far.

I think it's normal fuel consumption for that average speed.

It looks normal. You can try to reset the counter when you know you'll drive on the highway for a while. Then record fuel consumption and average speed after that.
