I just send in yesterday,
I'll followup with After sales guy within a month's time.
Pity these guys in After Sales, all day absorb the complain and dissatisfaction from customer like me.
Remember to say a few good words of encouragement, ppl also human.

It's not only cost cutting measure but it will reduce the car's weight which will result in improved fuel consumption.
