lol i am not sure with dlink sorry...normally for mine i just unselect the wireless broadcast...btw there is another way to limit wifi user by using MAC filter..just key in ur housemate device MAC add the  set it to allowed those mac add to connect other than that will not connect to ur router
but its quite dangerous if u dunno what u r doing..u might end up cant connect if u entered the wrong MAC add

Assigning ip wont work...The best way is to hide the SSID & DISABLE the WPS...ppl can use ur wifi through cracking ur modem's WPS....u could find these options in the advance setting & Security.

normally is not somebody steal your wifi, it's the line slow or not stable and make us paranoid... 
just take a deep breath and go to sleep early, tmr, it's back.

try a full wipe and reflash rom.

and cross your fingers!

for the first part, confirmed from experience the memory card is going to die.

for the second part, it really sounds like a hardware problem but i wouldn't discount ROM problem if you are using non stock ROM.

I do have some black market in my phone and recently did some app update. I believe thats the culprit is it?

did an add on scan. most I saw is wake lock. should be normal right.

I don't flash all that much, but I think you can. Just make sure you have a nandroid before you flash.

OK I confirmed its the china music DL app causing the issue. some other app have this disable key guard app without problem but this Lugo has some issues.
