My streamyx keep having a weird issue, PPP connected but no data stream

Seem like they fixed my issue, not sure that they does but certainly no longer keep having PPP no data

i dunno lol. I use speedtest. But restart my modem a few times already.

The UL 1Mbit is somehow a bug

Me get it sometime too but don't really mind about speed on Streamyx, mine is so stable that always peaked according to my ADSL speed after overhead

got the same problem in sungai buloh area. certain ip (mainly 110.xxx ip) connects but 0 data transmits. had to reconnect around 5 times to get data.

Give them a call. I didnt disconnect until now since they close my case yesterday.

Not sure what they do but I am sure it's their internal problem

Must be the issues to certain areas, same goes to unifi as I read the cries from hypptv fb as they are experiencing poor connection since last Friday. Luckily mine not effected, torrenting the gooding stuffs just to fill these long weekend.

I hv a strange issue happen to me that after i upgraded to 8MBps i get very frequent disconnect to my line. During the pass 4Mbps i hd nv see this to happen to my line. Hv anybody 8Mbps user facing the same disconnect issue??

anyone happened to have slow streaming on youtube? The speed is very terrible!!

refresh the page. it should steam in full speed after that

already refresh for countless time. still 468kbps per sec. sometimes it can go 0 to 68kbps. tm is fk up everytime.

Sorry I'm kinda newbie in this particular subject. Right now I have 1mbps streamyx, and I'm thinking to upgrade it into 8mbps. Is it possible for me to do it with this attainable rate? Does my SNR margin and attenuation good for it?

Consider this, basically good. But these are from your 1mbps, for the same SNR as yours while I am on 4mbps, radically down to SNR 15.5 when I am upgraded to 8mbps.

The best check with TM for 8mbps availability at your area, usually you'll get some period of trial before the installer come with the blue form.

just bought D-Link DSL2730E replaced the old DSL2640B. Prior to this, I find that my SNR improved from 15.x to 21.x. Overall I find my internet is much smoother compared to the previous.

New to myself, how VLAN and 802.1q could benefits us the streamyx users?
