upgrade to 4Mb > free modem n cordless

now upgrade to 8M > no more free thing LOL

yes, another super lucky unlike me that only getting a dect phone and a modem

TM told me my area can support 8m but hypp tv system got problem at my area so at the moment cannot upgrade from 4m to 8m. waiting until system error settle. anybody have this issue???

My Line Attenuation is less than 10

But shouldn't affect that much

What is your ping if done on cmd, speedtest,net is inaccurate sometime
Try ping 8.8.8.8

I get 25ms avg, but your's is usual for ADSL.

Asking if you guys having abnormal hypptv behavior this morning, only few channels viewable and the rest gone black which yesterday evening was normal. None of my subscribed packs watchable. Tried 100 and guess what, they expect technical issues to be treated and solved it on normal working days from monday to friday

was thinking the Hypptv support is not mature yet.. call them before and most of them still blur

is like when Streamyx first rolled out 10years++ ago, the tech support reallt s**t

Hi guys. I just install Streamyx 8MB last Saturday. I'm very happy with the performance.

All channel free for 1 month is awesome.

Even if the channel is taken away, I'm still happy to have local channel because my area reception is quite bad.

how to upgrade my 4mb to 8mb online? Called 100 they tol me to go to tm point...

I use the same page to apply for my 8MB streamyx. If I able to do it, means it work.

Yes, TM Net as ISP should have better website. This is just plain stupid.

Anyway, I still use this website to apply because I dun have to go to TM Dealer.

So the method is, just keep on clicking and redo until something correct come out.

You did go to 8MB Streamyx and click upgrade right? You didn't click upgrade on 4MB right?

Yeah, I did click on the 8mb upgrade page but it didn't work on firefox and chrome.

It worked on IE tho, then this thing cme out.

*There is currently no Facility to support this Streamyx Upgrade. NIS TMB Error Code 63, Error Message from NIS.

they offered me 8mb upgrade twice earlier this year. I'm on 4mb with 4 Line attenuation, 35 Snr margin and over 11000kbps attainable downstream.
