anyone having problem cant use internet? today whole day can't use..not sure is server down or....

try enter this to CMD(run as administrator) and try again

how stable depends on your line
depends on your SNR and line attenuation

Not sure if it work since this is created by American for Time Warner Cable throttle

We use a different CDN. BTW I hardly get throttle so can't verify.

i see
but as for me....it makes 97% of my video smoother already...no need refresh
1 of the old video that i always play....i switch to 720p also full speed(no refresh)

how about condo? normally condo line are not as stable as ground housing right?

3 days ago, i was called by upgrade department about my area supporting 8Mbps and i say yes
with 2 days with no action, i send an e-mail to CS and they reply that the order has been cancelled because can't support...WHAT?
how can that be?
