i just been phone to upgrade to 8Mbps..so of course say yes since payment is the same
free cordless phone somemore
previously asked and replied not supported although the number say its able
maybe they did it 1 by 1 in area....now they called me to say its now supported and asking me want to upgrade or not
the girl "faridah" from upgrade department say will take 5-7 business day

its the CDN affecting it...dn't connect to KL's CDN which it always will
a refresh will help fix that

for those who suffer CDN problem from TM
try enter this to CMD(run as administrator) and try again

but as for me....it makes 97% of my video smoother already...no need refresh
1 of the old video that i always play....i switch to 720p also full speed(no refresh)

3 days ago, i was called by upgrade department about my area supporting 8Mbps and i say yes
with 2 days with no action, i send an e-mail to CS and they reply that the order has been cancelled because can't support...WHAT?
how can that be?

WTF...is TM trolling me or what?
previously someone from upgrade department called to to upgrade to 8Mbps
thn after 2 days...its cancelled
i went to this page

thn found out it came out with this msg "There is currently no Facility to support this Streamyx Upgrade."
thn today(saturday)..i checked again...this time i went through...WTF?
but i need help

ppl can go 100,300, 500Mbps
unifi want to upgrade to 100Mbps also subject to availability laugh.gif

other countries' ADSL can go up to 20-30Mbps
our screamyx has trouble going up even 10Mbps...even 8Mbps also many cannot reach
