I want to upgrade my 4mb line to 8 mb
Any idea can we ask TM to not include the HyppTV?

I just upgraded to 8mbps today. But the SNR drop to 6.3. I face disconnection twice today. Do you think i should report to them to fix the SNR  problem ?

anyone having issue with popcorn time? Been having 12kb/sec download since 2 days ago. Even different range of ip addresses is the same thing

most likely. But the weird thing, tranmission on ubuntu seems to work fine. Running on blazing 800kb/sec. Thats what i cannot brain it.

does the mikrofilter affect our speeds? lets say i use the filter come along with my cheap router modem.

been complaining and waiting for problem solve after lodged my report for slow internet, during problem it was averaging 1mbps++, today i received sms claiming problem completely solved, but then i test again it is now slightly improve around 2.5mbps++, would you accept the ok speed? i doubt what they can do restore my previous 8mbps test result..sigh

i think it's getting worst comparing previous 6.1/6.5 now

no mobile broadband is good here, there is no option other than TM...

wow, thanks for pointing out my mistake after changinig new cheap tplink modem.
it shoot up to 5mbps straight away, still gap from perfect but im happy now..

oh but stats doesnt look good, and high ping and timed out intermittent remain while im browsing intensively.

Quick question. Those who upgraded, did you get the set top box? Somebody installed or just pnp? Currently on 4mbps and will upgrade soon. Just curious about the hypptv box coz I plan to upgrade via phone

Is it good?

The router keeps on crashing when I have around 15 devices connecting to it.
If not that much client connecting then it's more stable. But if I turn on IPTV, my ping  and packet loss will be higher. Is it an issue with the router?

I am planning to upgrade the router but not sure which one to go for.
Eyeing on xiaomi router with HDD inside but another forummer reconmend Tp-link archer D7. What do you think?

What should I do to fix that?

i got charged rm170 or 171 last month, i calculated and it is 6% extra from the usual RM160-161..  so i believe it is the GST charge..
are they charging GST on all internet services?
