Like Saville Bangsar which I think is quite special case, it was malay reserve land but quota approved as 50%:50% so non bumi capped at 50%

Most MRL is 100% bumi...

Just FYI, I have checked land office that saville bangsar is not MRL, but is a freehold land. Anyway, it is only with higher BUMI quota initially... And now developer has managed to get 70% of non BUMI allocation...

Land office info has the most accurate info that we should look into....

Are you serious? I heard frm insider 50%:50% quota same as other MRL practice

This I'm very sure as info I got with land office... If u have vested in saville bangsar, u could get runner to search for the title which stated " Freehold" .... But a BUMI quota of 50:50 stated in title...

Developer has managed to secure 70% allocation to non BUMI in last 2 months only... So when title issued, land title / strata title will quote as " freehold"... But consent needed for MOT....

That is y many thought is was a MRL, in fact which is not... And consent needed as leasehold properties in KV....

Parcel 1 in map... Is just right opposite those PPR flats... Internal staff got 700 psf.... But all facing PPR flats, unless u choose those floors more than 16 floor above..

Seriously - this is stupid.

They expect the public to buy those crap units facing the flats? I mean - who would buy there to stay or even to invest? If one buys from 2nd hand market, why in the world would I choose this place (which is alright only to start with) which face the flats???

Frankly, as an investor, I think all this nonsense selling to internal staff first and all is so unhealthy. The Govt should really put a stop to this!!! Nonsense.

Will now walk away from this project...

Bro.. Steady... This is the one & only forest township which combine natural and home/ office together...

Ppl are buying through internal staff with under table money for good view I heard....

looks at Elmina East...almost phase 1 n 2 sapued by staff booking.....
