imho, its do-able if you are able to secure a 1+1 unit at price less than rm500K................

Just FYI, I have checked land office that saville bangsar is not MRL, but is a freehold land. Anyway, it is only with higher BUMI quota initially... And now developer has managed to get 70% of non BUMI allocation...

Land office info has the most accurate info that we should look into....
