IJM is building the Show Gallery at the actual PSP site.

The Show Gallery is huge and look like the art theatre and art exhibition. Look grand!

IJM is seriously into this project and also working on the infrastructure at the site.

Very soon, the access road will be available.

The current market price for bangsar south area is fetching average 950 per sqft for example the Camellia Service Apartment.
896 Sqft 2 rooms fully furnished is renting 3.5k and asking 900k which is very good price.
Many MMC companies and expats are here for business trip.

IJM is confirmed to build and move the entire headquarter to PSP...doing the same concept like Sime Darby.
Expanding the business.

The NPE highway is belong to IJM too and they can build a good interchange roads for PSP.

im sorry but bangsar south is a few km from here.. bsar south can walk to LRT, retail like nexis, multiple MNC etc..

What do we have here? Can u walk form here to BS with those hillpark in between?

also heard many friends complain about the ballot or selection process or something of the sort in phase one... one was so turned off he said he'd never even considee another ijm project again.

For sure this project will suffer to sell with current situation... Phase one mostly reserved to staffs n internals..... Public all been fooled by IJM... Haha... This time is revenge time for public to boikot their project... Novum, KL gateway is better than this....

totally cant compare la. as said above those are real bsar south with lrt walkways confirmed, lots of mid high end offices... but price can compare right.

cannot compare, nothing like this one. congrats ijm got unqiue development. Heh...

Same story and negative feedback from many people aboit 6 to 8 years ago for bamgsar south. People saying It's kerinchi and a kampung area..surround by many flats...Bad access and so on.
But now it has transformed a success MMC business city.

Time will tell, the key is whether IJM can really build good interchange access and with the eco green city they talked about.
