Talked to Maxis floor manager about 2 hours ago. he told me due to many complains received for throttle lower speed 20kbps & 30GB cap, the management may increase the throttle speed (but don't know yet) on Monday or Tuesday.
As for 30GB cap, still need to wait for the management feedback. So just wait & c. |

The throttled speed IS ridiculous. Even with the awesome compression technology of Opera Mini, browsing through their high speed socket feels worse than dialup.
