just now called maxis cs...she said our plan normally can get 384kbps only...coz we are maxis mobile 3g , not broadband..

The problem is, we're getting 64 kbps instead!

and she say , speed after trolled is under 100kbps...
what she meant is , we can only have speed 384 even have 30GB quota!

i have 1 or 2 kbps lol

is she customer support or customer troller Maxis should give them more training or internal exam.

I stand corrected. 64 kbps is what CSO script says. Real world experience definitely less than 64 kbps...Not even 70% of 64 kbps....with SMALL 'b'

i use to prawn using 56kbps on dialup
but at 64kbps throttled on a 3G, loading on webpage is simply impossible..
even whatsapp delay in sending.
its simply pathetic

tat CS agent is the worst in maxis, maybe the agent is off to toilet, and actually the cleaner aunty is typing..lol

Already did...they acknowledged receiving it...waiting for response from upper management. Their red-tape are worse than gov

if u cap, atleast give 100 to 200kps la....website can load, and check email...pun boleh lah... ish...
