mean they temporary switch back to previous system setting, and until they solve the bug in new system.

since the 9th january upgrade my speed cant reach more than 9mb leh, before this easily reach 16 mb non-peak hour..sigh..total bummer, i was hoping at least since quota has been implement i would at least enjoy better service..

isn't there any other way to check the remaining quota besides calling CS or use until receive notification/SMS about the quota??

even if they want to remove the unlimited, why disable the function to check quota.. looks like need to be extra careful with usage now.. Maxis also gives false hope to those who r waiting for good news

this is really unfair from maxis. first implement quota and then they even take away our right to know how much we have used? how do we monitor our quota and use accordingly so we could last a month?? this is absurd!
