i tweet maxis abt the speed after exceeding rm250 for the pay per use maxis internet, and he replied the speed will throttle down after exceeding and no more charges after that.. another different reply from maxis..

you should ask is it speed cap after RM250?you only ask is it unlimited,as we know, the unlimited from CS not unlimited quota.

please take note that my conversation with CS is on 16-Jan-2013, during the conversation, CS also told me to stick with the legacy plan for a month because the cap is not yet confirmed because got many complaint.

Just look at the USSD status, you can see clearly Maxis is doing something

If everyone just keep quiet a bit it may be fixed faster

Capped? Nolah. If the speed were capped after RM250, basically you can use 25MB only (10sen/10KB). But many cases of bill shock, you'll encounter people who used way too much than 25MB.
