QUOTE(linkeong @ Jan 20 2013, 05:08 PM) T&C will not protect the company against everything, similar stuff occurred to Etika previously because their agents were promising impossible returns for savings. but then, if those 'so-called' agent is not a legit agent, Maxis have the right to deny and don't need to bare all those 'agents' actions.Agents that are selling your plan are representatives of your company (maxis) and it is not up to the consumer to check whether they are selling bullshit but actually up to the company to regulate these agents. If its in the US, someone would have started a class action lawsuit but no idea how to do it in Malaysia. This post has been edited by kae7: Jan 20 2013, 05:15 PM |

QUOTE(lenyek_penyek @ Jan 21 2013, 11:47 AM) So, after following this thread for quite some time Unifi later got quota I conclude that if you can get a land line (not so much travelling, have telephone line) and not bound by contract, better to jump ship la. Gt fibre internet, super low ping, speed good, unlimited bandwidth. but if you cannot, better stay with this for now 30gb for RM72(+6% tax) per month is a steal I tell ya. use it with a good modem like MF680/E298/E372, the ping also not bad for gaming. Im playing it with g.arena league of legends (server in singapore) my ping was around 110+ not bad for gaming. Cannot beat unif I had at home though, the ping is <20 |

QUOTE(blacktubi @ Jan 21 2013, 11:09 PM) http://www.sprint.com/landings/compare/index.html Because they know they will lose to Sprint..Since Maxis want to compare with these provider, why not compare with Sprint i. Cingular, US ii. Verizon, US iii. O2, UK iv. T-Mobile, UK v. Vodafone, UK and Australia but if compare with those provider, they still able to catch up |

QUOTE(keny1st @ Jan 22 2013, 10:59 AM) they now all are acting innocent.. they doing this to earn more profit... talking about Singapore why other country they can unmetered unlimited quota usage? but we cant? actually they can, just they want to earn more.. and our payment bill can subsribed their overseas plan with unlimited usage.. i know we should not compare.. but really unfair for us.. i know someone will said because of malaysia renting a high cost of undersea cable for connection.. but why Singapore can offer those low cost with high speed, high quota usage? it is more affordable for our customer.. singapore is just a small country that next to us. but they can more advance and advance than us.. how about malaysia? its a big country compare to SG, it have alot of resources and people compare to SG. why all acting like a shit? someone will call me to jump country? why i should jump? its because of there gt alot of benefit compare to MY? its my option to stay.. but malaysia should be improve to achieve wawasan 2020.. by the way, until now, wawasan 2020 is still in mist.. hopeless... 7 years more to go.. good luck malaysia.. and those stupid company like maxshit? what they want is just profit. i know its a business.. what i want to say is.. reputation rule the world.. Starhub 11GB plan is cheap, only $51/month , speed is awesome and stable M1 and Singtel's plan not bad too |

QUOTE(keny1st @ Jan 25 2013, 02:16 AM) if they have better equipment, our users wont complain about lagness and suck speed.. other countries?like other countries, their number of peoples are more than us several times, but they can offer them with unlimited quota usage so-called unmetered. because they got better equipment to supply their number of consumer. what maxshit want is. with low spec equipemnt to support high number of users.. the speed sure suck... what other countries that can offer unlimited unmetered mobile internet [3G/4G] data usage other than USA? Please, I want to know, it is important for me. Thanks in advance This post has been edited by kae7: Jan 25 2013, 08:07 AM |

QUOTE(tshin810 @ Jan 25 2013, 08:39 AM) http://www.three.co.uk/Discover/Phones/Tru...ou-can-eat_data Have you been in UK trying 'three' ?http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-...you-go-big.html They actually have limit of what they called as 'all you can eat data' , but then.. the limit is 1000GB/month The 1000GB is a big amount that they think normal user won't use more than that, so practically, they still implement the FUP which is 1000GB/month, 1000GB is equal to 1TB The plan is known as The One Plan [GBP25/month] Virgin Mobile UK Ultimate/Premiere plans doesn't include tethering/VOIP in the unlimited data package so Basically, UK is not the other country that can offer unlimited unmetered mobile internet QUOTE(Safar @ Jan 25 2013, 08:55 AM) +1This post has been edited by kae7: Jan 25 2013, 10:09 AM |

QUOTE(vault.dweller @ Feb 1 2013, 09:13 AM) QUOTE(digilife @ Feb 1 2013, 09:37 AM) Its okay la, we dun fight among overselves. 'Paying under table money' is their fault, not MaxisThey are also paying under table money + rm68 monthly and also face the risk of being capped at 3GB again, we too face an uncertain fate in the future. Lets Unite and fight with the Anaconda and its gang of snakes ~ year of the Snake is looming I believe from today onwards, 1st Feb 2013, there will be no more Unlimited 68/99 as new signings. I believe Maxis must have lost a lot of loyal customers since Jan 2013 the BIZ68 and BIZ99 should be capped at 3GB , and that policy never changed, I really shocked when Maxis decide to give those subscriber 30GB quota rather than 3GB.. But now, even better with unlimited unmetered That is good news |

If yes,but i was downloading and watching youtube in the same time. before this, the youtube would stutter if i do the downloading simultaneously. now, it is buttery smooth That is almost impossible |

QUOTE(Safar @ Feb 5 2013, 06:08 PM) got email confirmation from maxis, but then FUP may not apply for legacy users BIZ is not an unlimited unmetered plan, Maxis already stated the FUP quota either 3GB or 5GB [BIZ68/99]it may only effect biz68 / biz99 im going make a huge complaint again if they start to cap unlimited legacy account when you guys legacy plan users got email / sms that they will start to cap, we shall start another war again, till then enjoy we are pleased to inform that our unlimited data package subscribers may continue to enjoy the service without any speed throttling at this juncture. Nevertheless, while we do have plans to introduce some Fair Usage Measures moving forward, rest assured that we will accordingly communicate this in advance prior to implementation. both BIZ68 and BIZ99 have the same FUP quota just that, Maxis didn't apply the quota yet.. while for Legacy Plan, Maxis never stated any policy/FUP on that plan, so it is your right to claim that yours plan is unlimited unmetered BIZ68/BIZ99 subscribers have no rights to claim it so... as for iData 99 unlimited, I don't know |
